Notice Concerning the Succession of the Kneading Business in the Nishi Sakai District

 

We would like to inform you that we have decided to close our Sakai Plant (hereinafter referred to as "our plant") located in the West Sakai area. (hereinafter referred to as "our plant") located in the West Sakai area to Sanwa Sakai Recycle Co.

1. Reason for succession

　In April 2019, our group established Sanwa Sakai Recycle Co., Ltd. which is wholly owned by Sanwa Lyu Tsu Co., Ltd. in order to increase our expertise in the treatment of industrial waste and improve the speed of management decision-making.

　Until now, our factory and Sanwa Sakai Recycle Co., Ltd. have been engaged in the intermediate disposal of industrial waste in parallel, but as we have made progress in switching contracts with our customers (industrial waste dischargers), we have decided to completely transfer the business of kneading industrial waste in the Nishi Sakai area and its licensing to Sanwa Sakai Recycle Co.

　We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our business partners for their support in switching contracts and dealing with the notification form for carrying in industrial waste from outside the prefecture.

Business Description	Production of secondary raw materials and secondary materials for cement, lime, and steel from sludge and waste plastics

 

4. Schedule for succession to our factory

　We will finish accepting industrial waste at our plant by September 30, 2021, complete intermediate treatment promptly, and complete the transfer of business to Sanwa Sakai Recycle Co.

 

5. About the permit

　We will submit copies of the revised industrial waste disposal licenses for Sanwa Yuka Kogyo and Sanwa Sakai Recycle as soon as they are issued.
