The Sanwayuka Group shall ban any relations with antisocial forces, such as organized crime group, organized crime group member, organized crime group associate member, organized crime group associated enterprises, corporate racketeers, groups disguising themselves as political or social activists, and violent groups using special intelligence (hereinafter referred to as ""Antisocial Forces"").
We hereby declare the elimination of Antisocial Forces under the following basic policy.
Basic Policy of a "Ban on Relations with Antisocial Forces"
Our Company Group shall establish and comply with the following basic policy in order to ban all relations with Antisocial Forces.
(1) Response policy as an organization
Our Company Group shall continue to respond to Antisocial Forces as an entire organization, ensuring the safety of officers and employees who respond to unreasonable demands.
(2) Ban of all relations, including transactions
Our Company Group shall have no relation with antisocial forces, including business relationships.
We also shall reject unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
(3) Improper transactions and profit supply shall be prohibited
Our Company Group shall never engage in any secret transactions with antisocial forces that conceal scandal incidents, etc. Furthermore, we shall not supply any profits to antisocial forces for any reason.
(4) Collaboration with external specialized organizations shall be strengthened
In preparation for the unreasonable demands of antisocial forces, Our Company Group has been in close cooperation with external specialized organizations (the police, the Center for the Elimination of Violence, lawyers, etc.) regularly. However, collaboration shall be strengthened further, such as information exchange and reviews of countermeasures.
(5) Legal actions in the cases of emergency
In the cases of an unreasonable demand by antisocial forces, Our Company Group shall take all legal actions from both the civil and criminal sides, and shall respond with a clear attitude.
