Greetings

Greetings

Since its establishment in 1970, our company has been conducting business with the theme of "Creating Environmental Needs," and doing things "sincerely" and "reliably" as our corporate mottos. We have focused on reducing the environmental load and making effective use of resources, and have been honing core technologies such as separation and purification with the aim of reusing and recycling waste and manufacturing environmentally friendly products.
Our business activity itself, based on this theme of "Creating Environmental Needs," is the core of CSR, and we are aiming to strengthen our structure in order to continue and develop this and to be a company trusted by society.

Hitoshi Yanagi
President and Representative Director

Industrial change and sustainability

We are now in the midst of a transformation, which is being referred to as the third industrial revolution. This means we need to respond rapidly to significant changes like the application of IoT and AI technologies, and EV and other forms of next-generation vehicles, as well as social movements including declines in the domestic working population and improvements in labor productivity as typified by work-style reform.
Not only that, in the midst of these transformations in the industrial structure, efforts toward "sustainability" are now attracting attention. While it is becoming increasingly necessary to reduce the environmental load and use resources effectively, it is also essential to respond to localized risks, such as strengthening environmental regulations in China and securing a stable supply of metal resources.
Our company is strongly aware that our mission is to contribute to society through business activities that center on the "environment."

Promoting the effective use of industrial waste based on "manufacturing"

Although our company is a licensed provider of industrial waste disposal services, we believe that the term "disposal" is not appropriate for us. We see waste that has previously been "disposed" of by being burned, buried, or washed away as a "natural resource" and take pride in being a "manufacturing" company that manufactures and uses recycled products effectively.
This spirit is based on the fact that, at the time of our company's establishment in 1970 and before we had entered into the recycling business, we were engaged in the manufacturing of machinery hydraulic oil, metal processing oil and component cleaning agents in Aichi Prefecture, where the automobile industry is thriving. From our company's inception, this spirit of "manufacturing" has been the foundation for our reuse/recycle business that started in the late 1980s. Our company's waste disposal business is not a "business that disposes of waste," but rather a "business that recycles it to make resources."
We have developed technologies for recycling various industrial wastes and obtained licenses and patents. As our company is conducting business activities centered on the environment, it is our "responsibility" to continue to "challenge" ourselves toward reuse and recycle technologies in a wider variety of fields than before in response to the changes in society. We believe that it is our company's ideals to "create" technologies and products whose value will be recognized by society.

Corporate responsibility

The theme for our business is "Creating Environmental Needs." We are actively investing in technology development and facilities to create new businesses, and expand and spread business across a wider area. We also recognize that ensuring safety, environmental measures, compliance, and consideration for employees' growth are all also an important responsibility as a company. This report introduces our company's effort to address these issues together with our business content. We believe that by implementing these efforts "sincerely" and "reliably" every day, we will achieve great results which will become the company's foundation, and will eventually lead to creating our corporate culture.

As a distinctive medium-sized company, we will respond quickly and accurately to the needs of customers, local residents, and other stakeholders, with the aim of becoming the "environment leading company that society needs." We appreciate your continued guidance and support.
