Beaded chip lubricants

Reduces fire risks and improves the working environment

In the past, a variety of water- and oil-based lubricants have been used as tip lubricants for aluminum die casting. Although water-soluble lubricants have advantages over the hazardous materials stipulated in the Fire Service Act, they have problems in lubricity and tip lifespan.
On the other hand, oil-based lubricants have high lubricity, but they are categorized as hazardous materials that pose fire risks. Also, because both are applied by dropping or spraying them into the sleeve, there are risks such as staining to the area around the sleeve, the lubricant spilling and catching fire, etc.
To solve these problems, we developed a beaded tip lubricant. By supplying the inside of the sleeve with a dedicated supply unit for the lubricant, the area is not stained and there is no risk of fire. In addition, the amount used per shot can be reduced by mixing high lubricating ingredients, and the tip's lifespan can be extended while reducing cavity defects.

Mold cleaning agent San Remover AL

Non-poisonous, non-deleterious, and non-hazardous mold cleaning agents

In aluminum casting and die casting, aluminum is sometimes burned to the mold, causing galling and dimensional defects in products. If this burn is physically removed by a file or a Leutor, it can cause damage to the base material depending on the operator's skill level. Chemical removal methods such as high concentration caustic soda do not share the above problems, but they are subject to the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act, and therefore require great care in handling and management. In order to solve these problems, we have developed a mold cleaning agent that does not fall under the category of poisonous and deleterious materials. Mixing special additives has resulted in improved aluminum solubility and a long lifespan for the liquid.

Development and sales of impregnation solutions and consigned impregnation processing

Relieving pressure leakage defects of cast products

Impregnation processing is a technology to relieve pressure leakage defects caused by cavities in the casting product. The cavities are sealed by filling them with an impregnating solution and curing it. Our company develops and sells organic impregnation solutions and conducts consigned impregnation processing for cast products.
In the past, development has been focused on the performance needed for the cast products, such as the ability to securely fill cavities, or water, oil, and heat resistance. In recent years, however, there has been growing interest in improving the working and surrounding environments, including water cleaning for the excess impregnating liquids attached to cast products and reducing the processing load of the washing wastewater. Various kinds of developments have been undertaken to meet these products' needs. In addition, we are introducing our products to a variety of applications, including castings, impregnation for ceramics, and so on.

San Value Z, a mold releasing agent for vacuum die casting

A mold releasing agent that minimizes gas generation to the utmost limit

San Value Z is an inorganic releasing agent with low gas generation, improved hot water fluidity, and seizure resistance properties developed by the following concept, which is completely different from conventional mold releasing agents. Since its main ingredient is chemically stable and does not thermally decompose, the amount of generated gas can be reduced significantly compared to conventional emulsion type releasing agents, thereby helping to improve product quality.
