Risk Distribution by Storing Solvents at Two Sites and Filling in Small Batches

Recent years have seen frequent occurrence of natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and torrential rain. In addition, an increasing number of companies are importing raw materials from overseas for the purpose of integrating and closing large-scale plants in Japan and reducing costs. In these situations, BCP measures against procurement and disaster risks are attracting attention.
We are filling solvents in small batches at two sites in Japan (Aichi Prefecture and Ibaraki Prefecture), using stainless steel tanks ranging in size from 20 kl to 100 kl and hazardous materials warehouses. We also conduct timely and accurate quality checks for solvents from overseas and of special standard specifications through proper storage and in-house analysis to meet customer needs. We propose a complete range of solutions from in-house distribution by Sanwaryutu Corporation (our logistics subsidiary) to waste collection after use, and recycling.
