Recycling Precious and Rare Metals

We separate and recover rare metals from electronic component circuit boards, catalysts used to clean exhaust gases, and medical and agricultural wastes. In addition to conventional recovery methods such as carbonization, incineration, acid dissolution, and resin adsorption, we are also good at distillation and low-cost, energy-saving solvent extraction methods. Using our unique recovery methods cultivated through the recycling of organic and inorganic chemicals and solid materials, we can recover them from difficult-to-handle wastes and even trace-level amounts of contents, which are not done by major companies. We handle a wide range of metals, including gold, silver, palladium, indium, gallium, cobalt, tungsten, nickel, yttrium, neodymium, and dysprosium. We are developing technologies daily to achieve high-efficiency, low-cost recovery.

Recovery by solvent extraction method

Based on the separation and recovery technology for mixed acids, metal removal by solvent extraction is applied to rare metal recovery. Waste liquid containing metal or solid materials such as circuit boards are dissolved in acids, and the rare metals are selectively extracted through the use of extraction solvents. This is an environmentally friendly recovery technology that saves energy and reduces CO2 emissions compared to the conventional recovery methods.
